The tuba arrived last evening. It's a huge step for ASAPH Teaching Ministry. Years ago the ASAPH buildings were just a dream. They were built. Then I had the dream of real tuba to put the musical foot under the ASAPH Brass Band. Now that dream has come true as well. THANK YOU to S.B. and the other supporters of ASAPH who made this purchase possible. Pray for the Brass Band that we will be used by God to His glory!
I leave in a two days to fly to Miami and then Port-au-Prince. I'm looking forward to it once again. Being with family is always a highlight of the year for me, but being in PBO is also great. I'm going back with more equipment that will allow me to do more ministry. It has been a very positive, encouraging time here in the USA once again. Haiti now has a big Marriot hotel in Port. It's one more sign that Haiti is on a new path. A positive path. I'm thankful for the recent improvements in that country. And I pray for this country that seems to have (with growing confidence) turned its back on God. Nothing good can come of that. God will not bless rebellion. How much will we suffer, is the question. If people knew God, they would not turn from Him, but to Him. Let's serve Him in a way that helps people to see Him.
